"We chose Drivers Ed Direct because it was recommended by a friend. I didn't use the website but my daughter used it to take the driver's education class and to study for the permit test. She found the website very useful. I didn't talk to the customer service staff, but they sounded friendly in the phone messages. My daughter spoke with them when making driving appointments and said customer service was always very helpful and friendly. The parent reports emailed after each lesson were a great way to keep us informed.
The instructors were always on time and in uniform and they left a positive impression. The driving instruction was very productive, and the instructors had great personalities. They were very positive and made my daughter feel comfortable driving. They were very calm and did not intimidate her, even when giving her suggestions on ways to improve her driving. Both instructors, Scott and Charlie were great. My daughter thought Scott was a riot.

"We originally wanted our son to take his driver's ed in a classroom setting, but after checking schedules with others who offer classroom education, the schedules didn't work out. We relented to website driver's ed, but were very pleased with the outcome and the website. The instructors were not only on time, but very professional and friendly. They introduced themselves and explained what they would be teaching my son during that lesson. My son was a bit concerned that he was not able to get the same instructor for all his lessons, but turns out they were all equally as good. "I found you on the web and your site was very impressive. When I called the person I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable (compared to other places where I could not understand what they were saying and where I felt as if I was interrupting them by calling). Your website was very good, easy to use and the contact info was right there for me to call and talk to someone in person. On the phone the staff was impressive I did not know what to ask so I struggled with questions and the person was very patient and explained why behind the wheel was required by law and what you all teach and how everything would work. It sounded like you would be very accommodating and easy to work with.
The instructor was very professional and encouraging and when there was an issue one time about being a few minutes late, we were called and informed and apologized to. My greatest concern was that my daughter would be too nervous but the instructor put her at ease. We absolutely noticed improvement with her driving after the lessons and her understanding of how and why you do things while driving was much improved.
I would definitely recommend your services. Brittany is deaf and parents of deaf children think that their kids are more of a challenge and need extra services.
