It was nice because they were even running early and called to give us the choice to start Kelsey's lesson early sometimes. I would also like to comment that we needed Kelsey's certificate of completion within two days of her final lesson. The instructor was nice enough to call the company to see if anyone was going to be in the area so they could hand deliver it to her the following day. I was impressed by the fact that he went through so much trouble - but wait, it gets better. Tom, from the office, offered to drive it out to our home so he was sure Kelsey had it in time for her DMV appointment. I had my doubts that it would get done (based on past experiences with other companies), but he hand delivered it to our home in plenty of time for her appointment.
