Your staff was terrific, from beginning to end on all levels. Nadia was our scheduler and she was always courteous, informative, and did her best to obtain lessons that would work for us. It really couldn't have gone any smoother.
The instructors were always a few minutes early on arrival at the house and came back on time as well. My daughter, Hannah, had several different instructors and liked all of them. They were very professional and educated. As a parent, I also liked receiving the email updates after each lesson on my daughter's progress. It helped me to watch out for areas of weakness and discuss them as they arose in the car. I remember liking Mike, as he gave me some truly helpful tips in guiding her as a new driver in the beginning - it certainly can be a nerve-wrecking experience driving with your child, but she was always very conscientious which made me comfortable.
Hannah's driving improved as well as her knowledge and she loves driving. We stretched our lessons over the last six months - not on purpose, but that's just how it worked out. It ended up being a favorable way to go. By the time she went for her driving lesson at DMV, things were still fresh in her mind. She took her driving test last week and passed. She's such a relaxed and confident driver, especially having expert training. Thank you!!
