"Honestly I chose Drivers Ed Direct just because I thought your website was very professional looking, easy to use, very helpful and the other companies had lame weird websites. So I was just naturally drawn to you guys. Also you had all your trainers' pictures and info which are really helpful because I don't want to learn from some old weirdo who barely knows English. And lastly I thought it was great that you use a Prius because it's great for the environment and I always wanted to drive one because they look pretty fun to be in.
Your customer service staff was extremely nice and informative. I think I talked to Nadia. She's cool. :) Your instructors were always at my lesson before the actual time which is a good impression and they were very clean. That's why I love you guys, you have the best instructors. They are young and they know how to teach teens. Also they are very informative and smart and they stick to the lesson and constantly teach you something about driving instead of sleeping or something or listening to music. My mom's instructor made a trip to the dry cleaners. It was years ago but it pisses me off now. Drivers Ed Direct instructors are the best. I was with Charlie and Russ and they are both great I don't want to put one above the other as far as ranks go they are both terrific.
I got 10 times better after every lesson and I learned so many facts and techniques that I didn't know before especially the parallel parking one that was good.

"Your customer service went out of their way to help me. I remember one of them gave me their personal number just so they could help after hours.
My instructor Tina especially stood out. Although one of my lessons was at 9:30 in the morning, Tina was very alive. We held a conversation while she was helping me on the road, which I personally enjoy because, in a more real situation, I would be talking to another passenger in the car.
